Munaf replace RPsingh

The Chairman of Selectors Dilip Vengsarkar along with the BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah spoke to Sanjay Jagdale, Bhupinder Singh, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Chetan Chauhan and the other two selectors presently in Australia, V Raju and Ranjib Biswal and decided to send Munaf Patel as replacement for RP Singh," the BCCI said in a statement.Bengal batsman Manoj Tiwary has been selected as a back-up for Yuvraj Singh, who injured his knee in training during the Test series. The Indian vice-captain, however, is expected to be fit for the second ODI.The tri-series begins in Brisbane on February 3 with India meeting Australia in the first game. India will square off with Australia in a one-off Twenty20 international on February 1 as well.
