Some of the high profile cases that the CBI is handling include the Bombay bomb blasts case, the Bofors scandal and the fodder scam.The CBI also has a reputation of carrying out investigations that never end with files piling up in its office gathering dust.But with the government not interfering, the CBI's performance in the last one year has definitely shown a marked improvement. Monitoring has been improved so that the cases can be investigated and completed at the earliest.
